Who picks up the material?

It's up to you. Many of our clients have the material at their home or business and many of our clients have us pick up the materials. You are the boss; we'll do whatever you would prefer.

How do you charge?

We charge by the job, not by the hour since most consumers want to know exactly what a project will cost before they begin. HandyPro will come to your home or business and provide you with a no-obligation estimate. If you agree with the investment we can begin the project or schedule it at your convenience. If you don't agree with the investment then just say "I'm not interested at this time". No worries, it's that simple.

What is your one hour guarantee?

No more waiting around all day for a technician to come to your home, we guarantee that we will show up or call you within your one hour scheduled appointment time or you'll get $30.00 off your repairs.

Do you offer a workmanship guarantee?

Yes, HandyPro offers a one-year labor guarantee for most jobs completed at your home unless noted in writing. The labor for each project is guaranteed to be done correctly or we will fix it for free, no charge to you.

How can I trust who is sent to my home?

Since 1996, HandyPro has provided more than 20,000 residential and commercial clients with detailed handyman and home modification services. Each craftsman sent to your home has been through HandyPro's certification process, which includes a background check to ensure you receive the most trusted craftsman for your needs. Whether you need simple repairs or major improvements, we perform the work right the first time and in a timely manner.

Can You Pull a Permit?

Yes, in most states we can! Since many of our contracting companies hold remodelers licensed in the States they are located, it allows us to pull all the required permits for your project. Since each office is independently owned and operated and may not require a license for your project, be sure to ask for their license. Pulling a permit ensures that your construction or remodeling work complies with local regulations and safety standards, giving you peace of mind and ensuring the project's quality and adherence to building codes. What additional equipment and merchandise do I need to purchase or lease?

All of the furnishings, fixtures and equipment you need to incorporate your HandyPro business is specified in your franchise package. There are no major equipment purchases or leases.

What kind of training and ongoing support can I expect from HandyPro International?

Your “turn-key” home modification and handyman service business includes training at a comprehensive training school complimented with your HandyPro Operations Manual, Employee and Policy Manual, Presentation Manual, Marketing Plan and ongoing unlimited support, monthly franchisee conference calls and HandyPro conventions. Do I need any previous experience in the home repair business?

Absolutely Not!!! The most important requirements are that you:

Have a genuine desire to own your own business.
Are motivated to be successful.
Can follow a proven program of systems, methods, policies and procedures.
You are provided all the tools necessary to run a HandyPro business. You will be provided all of the training you need to operate your HandyPro Handyman business.
